Networking Tactics For Directors

Overview
As a follow up to Director Development Short # 150, here are a litany of networking
actions for Directors.
Discussion
Think of your networking efforts as weaving a giant net. Every contact you make, every
interaction you have and everything you do serves to add a strand to that net, each
making the net a little wider and a little stronger.
Given that mindset, the question becomes, “What are the litany of actions and activities
that I can undertake that will serve to build this net?”
The reality is that you are only limited by your own creativity and personal motivation in
undertaking actions and activities for networking AmSpirit Business Connections. The
remainder of this document serves as a means to get that brainstorming process started.
Below are seven different categories. Under each category there are several
specifications and activities that you can use to further network yourself and AmSpirit
Business Connections. Review each to determine what you are doing, what you should
be doing and what unlisted things you could be doing.

Networking Accountability Checklist
