Beth Emeth has partnered with BBYO — the world’s leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement — to offer middle school and high school students the opportunity to connect with one another, volunteer in the community, celebrate their Jewish heritage, prepare for leadership roles and travel the world together, all within a Jewish context.
Chapter Meetings (Grades 8-12) BBYO’s renowned leadership model of experiential democracy, with teens leading other teens and creating their own BBYO programs under the guidance of adult volunteers and staff, is carried out through AZA chapters (for young men) and BBG chapters (for young women). Our chapters meet every Wednesday (September through May, excluding holidays and school breaks) from 6pm to 8pm at the Prosserman JCC, 4588 Bathurst Street, Toronto, in Room 1-23. See bbyo.ca/beby for membership options.
Regional Programs (Grades 8-12) BBYO members organize and participate in leadership development conferences and Jewish identity programs as well as social activities like movie nights, dances and sports tournaments. See bbyo.ca/events for program registration. * Aug 29 / Members’ Beach Day Feb 8 / Fire & Ice

BBYO Connect (Grades 6-8) The unique partnership between Beth Emeth and BBYO provides middle school students with safe, enriching programming, fun activities and meaningful involvement in the community. At this crucial age, our programs bridge the gap between Bar/Bat Mitzvah and high school, giving younger teens an early opportunity to enjoy fulfilling Jewish experiences that build character as they build bonds of friendship. See bbyo.ca/connect for program details and registration. Sep 22 / Colour Wars Get ready to compete in Survivor-style team challenges in a quest to outwit, outplay and outlast all others!
