Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is making arrangements for you to choose to receive Corporate Communications:
electronic form on the Company’s website at www.dch.com.hk or in printed form; and
choose to receive Corporate Communications in printed form, to choose to receive them in English, Chinese or both.
If the Company does not receive your response by 3 May 2011, you are deemed to have agreed to receive the Company’s Corporate Communications through the Company’s website.
Pursuant to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”), the New Articles of Association of the Company and the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2010 which took effect on 10 December 2010, the Company is permitted to make available the following options to you for receipt of our future corporate communications (the “Corporate Communications”) (Note):
to read future Corporate Communications published in the Investor Relations section on the Company’s website at www.dch.com.hk in place of receiving the printed copy(ies); or
to receive the printed English version of all future Corporate Communications only; or
to receive the printed Chinese version of all future Corporate Communications only; or
to receive both the printed English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate Communications.
To minimise use of paper and to save printing and mailing costs, the Company recommends you to select option (1) above. To make your choice, please complete the enclosed reply form and sign and return it to the Company’s share registrars, Tricor Investor Services Limited (the “Company Share Registrars”) at 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, using the postage prepaid envelope provided. If the Company does not receive a duly completed and signed reply form from you or receives no response from you indicating that you object to receiving Corporate Communications in electronic form on the Company’s website on or before 3 May 2011, you are deemed, until you inform the Company otherwise by reasonable notice in writing at the office of the Company or the Company’s Share Registrars or via e-mail to dch-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com, to have consented to receive our Corporate Communications in the manner as set out in option (1) above. In that event, when the Company issues a Corporate Communication, we will send you a notification that the Corporate Communication has been made available on the Company’s website. The notification will be sent to you by e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address) or by post (if you have not provided an e-mail address) at your address as it appears in the Company’s register of members maintained by the Company’s Share Registrars.
You may change your choice of language (English and/or Chinese) and means of receipt (in printed form or through our website), free of charge, at any time by reasonable notice in writing to the Company or the Company’s Share Registrars, notwithstanding any wish to the contrary you have previously conveyed to the Company or the Company’s Share Registrars. Even if you have chosen (or are deemed to have consented) to receive all future Corporate Communications by electronic means, if for any reason you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Corporate Communications published on our website and the HKExnews website, the Company will upon your written request send the Corporate Communications to you in printed form, free of charge.
Please note that the English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate Communications will be available on the Company’s website at www.dch.com.hk and on the website of HKExnews at www.hkexnews.hk and the printed copies can also be obtained from the Company or the Company’s Share Registrars on request.
