Notwithstanding of the prices listed on the above exhibit, the prices of products with double asterisks (**) on the Product and Price Exhibits shall remain equal to the Wholesaler Acquisition Cost (WAC) throughout the term hereof. In the event of a change by GSK in such product’s Wholesaler Acquisition Cost, the product’s contract price shall immediately, automatically, and without notice, be changed to equal such product’s WAC price. Please note that the prices for Engerix B®, and Twinrix ® vaccines do not include the Federal Excise Tax of $0.75 per antigen, per dose.
