CHARACTER & PLOT SYNOPSIS
The distant planet of Nonamia is held in the iron grip of the wicked Queen
Evilena.
This vane and preening monarch has now taken a dislike to her stepdaughter
the beautiful princess Tia Maria and instructs her Henchman, the sinister Raft
Raider to dispose of the child!
Who can save her? Perhaps the crew of the Starship USS Compromise and
an assortment of robots can help?
A one act space panto with a few Star Wars and Star Trek parodies thrown
in for good measure!

Off stage voiceovers
The script also contains a number of off stage voice-overs, actors who do not appear on stage but are required to speak from the wings (ideally using a public address system). These include the voice of the crystal, the announcer, the voice of Jocky and the voice of the Bunny. Scene One – The Planet Surface

Featuring: Voice over, Skirt and Shock
After a brief introduction by the voice over, who descries how the planet of Nonamia is
held in the vicelike grip of the wicked Queen Evilena, we meet Capt Skirt and First officer
Shock of the Starship USS Compromise. They are concerned by the state of affairs and
fear for the safety of the Queen’s Stepdaughter, Princess Tia Maria. They are also
searching for Skirts nephew Aspirin Moonwalker…
Scene Two – Queen Evilena’s Palace

Featuring: Queen Evilena, Voice of the Crystal, Raft Raider, Razzle and Dazzle
Queen Evilena is consulting her magic crystal which announces that her beauty is
surpassed by her stepdaughter, the Princes Tia Maria, who will one day take her throne.
Incensed, the Queen summons her henchman, the sinister Raft Raider, who is tasked with
disposing of the girl and bringing her heart back as proof that the evil deed is done. Raft in
turn calls on his inept space rangers, Razzle and Dazzle to do the deed.
Scene Three – The Planet Surface
Main Stage
Featuring: Skirt, Shock, Aspirin, C4, Princess Tia, Meggy Byte, Razzle and Dazzle
Elsewhere on the planet, Skirt and Shock are still hunting for Aspirin and eventually bump
into him and his robot companion, C4. Aspirin has decided that he will save the planet
from the evil queen and wants Skirt and Shock to help… something they cannot do due to
their Tertiary directive. Aspirin and C4 are left alone and then hide hearing voices coming
their way. We meet Princess Tia Maria and Meggy Byte (her robot). Princess Tia is
desperate meet a young man. They are soon joined by Razzle and Dazzle who announce
that Tia must get the chop! Tia manages to escape and hide leaving the incompetent pair
to hatch a cunning alternative plan… After they leave, Tia and Aspirin emerge from hiding
and, since this is a panto, fall instantly in love! The robots are also attracted to one
another!
Scene Four – Queen Evilena’s Palace

Featuring: Razzle and Dazzle, Raft Raider, Queen Evilena and the Voice of the Crystal,
Back at the palace, Razzle and Dazzle hand over a casket which allegedly holds Tia’s
heart to Raft Raider. He in turn presents it to the Queen who is delighted with a job well
done. She consults her crystal once more and discovers that Tia still lies and is still the
fairest on the planet! She vents her anger on Raft who in turn, summons back Razzle and
Dazzle and they decide to do the job properly together!

Scene Five – The Planet Surface
Main Stage
Featuring: Aspirin, C4, Razzle and Dazzle, Raft Raider, Princess Tia, Meggy Byte, Skirt,
Shock, Voice of Jocky
Aspirin and C4 are wandering about lost and frightened. They leave and then Raft, Razzle
and Dazzle come across Tia and Meggy Byte. Raft on seeing the beauty of the Queen’s
stepdaughter decides he must have her for himself and drops plans to kill her. Instead he
and the two space rangers kidnap the princess leaving Meggy Byte calling for help. Help
arrives in the form of Shock and Skirt who transport Aspirin and C4 to assist too. Aspirin is
dispatched to rescue Tia and Skirt and Shock promise to keep a close eye on events from
their star ship.
Scene Six – Queen Evilena’s Palace

Featuring: Razzle and Dazzle, Princess Tia, Aspirin, C4, Raft Raider, Queen Evilena, the
Voice of the Crystal, Skirt, Shock, Voice of Jocky, and the voice of Mayor of Fluffybunny
world
Tia is held at the Palace in chains by Razzle and Dazzle awaiting the attention of Raft
Raider. Aspirin arrives to challenge Raider to a laser sword fight, which he wins, humbling
the villain. Queen Evilena steps in to defeat the goodies with her magic crystal but C4 has
unplugged it. Shock and Skirt then arrive to administer justice. It is suggested that Evilena
and Raider are taught the importance of being nice to people and are banished to
Fluffybunny world for an intensive course in fluffiness! The robots are paired up and
Aspirin and Tia announce that they too will marry! As the others leave to prepare for the
wedding, Skirt attempts to proposition Shock, but it goes right over his head. She decides
that drastic measures are called for!
Scene Seven – Finale

Featuring: Razzle and Dazzle, Princess Tia, Meggy Byte, Aspirin, C4, Skirt and Shock
Razzle and Dazzle bemoan their fate. Everyone else has been paired up and they have
missed out! Shock is tasked withholding the group wedding for C4 and Meggy Byte and
Aspirin and Tia. Skirt arrives dressed up to the nines and ready to impress, and makes a
final attempt to woo her first officer. The show ends in general celebration.
